Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): Our CNAs bring hands-on, compassionate care as they assist with daily needs, and ensure comfort and dignity.
Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) do far more than assist with daily care. They become trusted companions. They offer a human connection that brings dignity and comfort to patients in their final stages of life. Their presence is often the most consistent and reassuring part of a patient’s day, ensuring care is both compassionate and personal.
Our CNAs provide hands-on support, including hygiene assistance, mobility support, and basic medical monitoring under the guidance of our nursing team. In addition, their roles often extend beyond physical care. They observe subtle changes in a patient’s condition, offer emotional support, and help families understand what to expect in the days ahead.
Many of our CNAs build relationships that go beyond care routines. They learn patients’ preferences, honor their dignity, and create an environment where individuals feel respected and valued. For many families, our CNAs become a steady presence in an otherwise unpredictable time, offering expertise and warmth in equal measure.
We ensure our CNAs receive specialized hospice training, equipping them not just with technical skills but with the emotional intelligence needed to support patients and families holistically. Whether through a warm conversation, a gentle reassurance, or a simple act of kindness, our CNAs embody the heart of hospice care.
